3. SOURCE
Unearth hidden talent using our comprehensive database, social and professional networks, creative advertising and headhunting.
4. SCREEN
We will pre-screen candidates using complex matching techniques.
5. SELECTION
Drafting of a short list through competency based interviewing and identifying a cultural fit to the business.
6. PRESENT CANDIDATES
Presenting of the short-list to the client, facilitating interviews and selecting the best candidates.
7. OFFER STAGE
Preparing of the offer to the candidate. Negotiate and finalise the recruitment process.
